OUR FOUNDER
Katie Stricker is a three-time founder who works with executives at Fortune 500 companies and disruptive startups. She’s held senior-level roles across advertising client management, strategy consulting, and product innovation. In 2015, she added Executive Coaching capabilities and is an ICF-PPC Level-certified Executive Coach. Katie works primarily with ambitious teams within global, growth-focused organizations.
She also co-founded Sayge, a tech-enabled coaching platform with a mission to unlock potential for people earlier in their careers. As President, Katie oversaw the technology development, marketing initiatives, and the growth of the global coach community. Since 2017, Sayge has delivered over 65,000 coaching sessions and supported more than 10,000 employees worldwide. In 2023, Sayge was acquired by Bennie, and since 2025 it has been an independent business again with Katie overseeing product development.
Katie’s approach leverages her ability to deeply connect with clients and consumers. Whether working on a new product innovation, team transformation, executive leadership development, or an overall new business strategy, Katie looks between the lines to see what’s not being said and identifies insights to discover hidden opportunities. She graduated with a BFA from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, holds a Product Strategy Certification from Northwestern’s Kellogg School, and her expertise has been featured in The New York Times, Inc. Online, The Muse, and Girlboss. Based in New York City, Katie works globally and thrives on facing big challenges in partnership with her diverse client base.
Along with Katie as the lead, we also bring in additional team members to support the work where needed and when it adds value to an overall engagement. We will formally introduce those team members with clear roles and responsibilities as the engagement design takes shape.

Select clients across her career include Saab/GM, Microsoft, Avon, USA Today, Colgate-Palmolive, PepsiCo, Plated, Pernod-Ricard, Outbrain, HarbourVest, Atlassian, Included Health, Ascend Learning, and GW&K Investments.
